- Preheat oven to 180C (350F) and line a baking tray with baking paper.
- In a large mixing bowl combine the Fix & Fogg Almond Butter, vanilla, egg and whisk until well combined.
- Add the remaining ingredients (except for the chocolate chips and pretzels) and mix together until a dough forms.
- Roughly break up the pretzels and add these to the dough along with the chocolate chips.
- Stir together until everything is evenly combined.
- Roll the dough into balls and place onto the prepared baking tray, squashing slightly.
- Bake for 10 - 12 minutes until they are just starting to go golden brown around the edges.
- Leave to cool and enjoy!
It’s as easy as that! This recipe will make around 8 - 10 large cookies.
