You should receive your order within 3-5 working days. Please note that we don't dispatch on weekends.

We ship from our online store to all over the country. You can also find Fix & Fogg in New Zealand supermarkets and leading specialty stores. If you’re overseas, head to our Where to Buy page for more information!
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We don’t offer international shipping from our New Zealand online shop.
Shopping from Australia?
As well as Woolworths, we are now stocked online at Really Good People and St. Ali's online stores. They ship anywhere in Australia so you don’t have to miss out on your fix.
If you’re outside of NZ or AU, and would reeeeeally like some of our peanut butter you can order direct from Kiwi Corner Dairy!

I MADE A MISTAKE, HOW CAN I EDIT MY DETAILS?
If you've made a mistake when entering your details (e.g. forgot to add your flat number), send us an email at orders@fixandfogg.co.nz or call +64 21 190 5695 and we'll do our best to catch it in time.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
We're unable to accept returns for our peanut butter, but if you feel that there is something wrong with the peanut butter you purchased or it was broken in transit please contact us and we will be sure to make things right.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
We offer standard shipping around Aotearoa New Zealand for a flat rate of $6.50, or free for any order over $25! How good.
Unfortunately, we are unable to send to PO boxes.
We send your nut butter goodness safely with New Zealand post. You should receive your order within 3-5 working days.
Product Queries
WHY DOES MY JAR LABEL LOOK DIFFERENT THAN USUAL?
Good spotting! Our jar labels have had a few changes made to make them bolder and easier to understand.
There will be a few months where you might see both new and old labels on shelf, but rest assured, inside the jar nothing has changed. It's still the same nut butter goodness you know and love!
ARE YOUR NUT BUTTERS GLUTEN-FREE?
Our made in New Zealand nut butters are produced in our factory that also processes one gluten containing ingredient (oats). We don’t add gluten containing ingredients to our products (except for Oaty Nut Butter and Cookie Time Cookie Crunch), however as the same line is used for gluten containing ingredients, we can’t guarantee there has been no cross-contamination.
Our Cookie Time Cookie Crunch contains flour in the cookies and therefore is not gluten free.
ARE YOUR NUT BUTTERS VEGAN/DAIRY FREE?
Yes, all of our nut butters are vegan friendly and dairy free!
With our chocolate nut butters - we don’t add milk products to these products, however, these products may contain minute traces of dairy due to the fact our that the chocolate we use is made on a production line that also handles dairy products (although the chocolate we buy doesn’t use milk products as an ingredient).
ARE YOUR NUT BUTTERS SUGAR FREE?
Our Smooth, Super Crunchy, Protein, Smoke and Fire, Cashew Butter, Almond Butter, Everything Butter and Almond Everything Butter are totally free from added sugars.

WHERE DO FIX & FOGG PEANUTS COME FROM?
Our special hi-oleic peanuts come from in and around the stunning Córdoba region in central Argentina. You can read more about our travels to Córdoba and our search for the world's best peanuts in our Journal.
ARE YOUR PEANUTS REGULARLY TESTED FOR HARMFUL BACTERIA LIKE AFLATOXIN?
Yes, we regularly lab test all of our products.
HOW SHOULD I STORE MY FIX & FOGG, DOES IT NEED TO BE REFRIGERATED?
Our nut butter doesn't need to be refrigerated, but we recommend keeping it out of direct sunlight and storing it in a cool, dry place.
If you find the natural oils rising to the top of your jar, not to worry! You can also store the jar upside down - just make sure that lid is on nice and tight.
WHY IS THERE OIL ON TOP OF MY NUT BUTTER?
Because we don’t add any weird stuff (think additives we’re not sure how to pronounce) to our nut butter, the natural peanut or almond oil separates over time. Nothing to worry about - just give it a stir and you’re good to go! You can even store your jar upside down once in a while - just make sure that lid is on nice and tight.
Why is Fix & Fogg called Fix & Fogg?
Our name comes from two characters from the classic 1873 adventure novel, Around the World in 80 Days by Jules Verne: Phileas Fogg and Detective Fix.
The idea of taking risks and trying new things resonated with our founders, Roman and Andrea Jewell, and thus Fix & Fogg was named.
