- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, cinnamon, Fix & Fogg Smooth Peanut Butter and maple syrup.
- Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add butter or oil to coat the base of the pan.
- Dip one slice of bread at a time into the egg mixture to coat both sides and place in pan.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Repeat with the remaining slices of bread.
- Once all slices are ready, spread a thick layer of smooth peanut butter onto two of the slices and sandwich them together with the other two slices.
- Slice each sandwich diagonally and serve with extra maple syrup and toppings of choice!
