WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Apple bircher

  • ½ cup of rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk of your choice
  • ½ a shredded apple
    (soaked overnight)

METHOD

  1. Place rolled oats, milk, and shredded apple in a bowl, mixing until well combined. Transfer the mixture to an airtight container and refrigerate overnight.
  2. In the morning, warm the apple bircher in a bowl, either on the stove or in the microwave, in 30-second increments.
  3. Once warmed, transfer to a serving bowl. Top with yoghurt, Cookie Crunch, and sliced banana. Sprinkle cacao granola on top, drizzle with maple syrup, and enjoy!
