Place rolled oats, milk, and shredded apple in a bowl, mixing until well combined. Transfer the mixture to an airtight container and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, warm the apple bircher in a bowl, either on the stove or in the microwave, in 30-second increments.
Once warmed, transfer to a serving bowl. Top with yoghurt, Cookie Crunch, and sliced banana. Sprinkle cacao granola on top, drizzle with maple syrup, and enjoy!
