EVERYTHING BUTTER 'BANANA BREAD' PORRIDGE

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • 1/2 cup of rolled oats
  • 1 cup oat milk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp coconut yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp dark chocolate, shredded
  • 4 pecans, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Fix & Fogg Everything Butter

METHOD

  1. In a saucepan, mix oats, plant milk, maple syrup, and a pinch of salt before bringing to a boil.
  2. Drop to a low heat to simmer, stirring often for 4 minutes.
  3. Serve with a generous amount of toppings: banana, coconut yoghurt, chocolate and pecans.
  4. Top with a dollop of Fix & Fogg Everything Butter.
