- Combine the Fix & Fogg Protein Peanut Butter, maple syrup, salt and vanilla and stir until well combined.
- Add in the oat flour and ground almonds. Mix until everything is evenly incorporated.
- Finally, mix through half of the chocolate, you may need to use your hands to get everything evenly distributed.
- Roll into balls (approx 1 heaped tablespoon each, or your desired size).
- Melt the other half of the chocolate and drizzle over the balls, then finish each with a sprinkling of sea salt.
- Set in the fridge for 10 minutes and enjoy!
Makes 10-12 balls. Keep in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
