PROTEIN CHOC CHIP COOKIE DOUGH BALLS

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • 1/2 cup oat flour 
  • 1/2 cup ground almonds
  • 1/2 cup Fix & Fogg Protein Peanut Butter
  • 4 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 120g dark chocolate, chopped (or mini chocolate chips)
  • Sea salt for sprinkling

METHOD

  1. Combine the Fix & Fogg Protein Peanut Butter, maple syrup, salt and vanilla and stir until well combined.
  2. Add in the oat flour and ground almonds. Mix until everything is evenly incorporated.
  3. Finally, mix through half of the chocolate, you may need to use your hands to get everything evenly distributed.
  4. Roll into balls (approx 1 heaped tablespoon each, or your desired size).
  5. Melt the other half of the chocolate and drizzle over the balls, then finish each with a sprinkling of sea salt.
  6. Set in the fridge for 10 minutes and enjoy!

Makes 10-12 balls. Keep in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
