WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Icing

  • 1 cup of icing sugar
  • 2-3 tsp boiling water¬†
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence¬†

METHOD

  1. Heat the oven to 190C fan-bake. Take a large mixing bowl, and sift in the flour and baking soda. Add sugar and fold well.
  2. Add soy milk and Pumpkin Pie to the mix, mixing until combined. 
  3. Place in a donut tray and pop into the oven to bake for 15 minutes. 
  4. Remove from the oven and leave to sit in the mould until cool. When the donuts are cool enough to handle, dip into the icing and leave to set before enjoying!
