WHAT YOU'LL NEED

1 tbsp Fix & Fogg Smoke and Fire
1 tbsp Fix & Fogg Everything Butter (optional)
1 tbsp of sauerkraut
1/2 a small avocado
Sprinkling of pumpkin and sunflower seeds
A small handful of microgreens
A pinch of salt, pepper and a squeeze of lemon juice

METHOD

Spread 1 tbsp Fix & Fogg Smoke and Fire and 1 Tbsp Fix & Fogg Everything Butter (optional) to edges of toast and slice in half diagonally
Place 1 tbsp of sauerkraut evenly across toast
Peel and slice 1/2 a small avocado. Fan out and place on top of toast. Slice avocado along the toast cut
Sprinkle seeds across toast
Add a small handful of microgreens on top of toast
Finish with ground salt, pepper and a squeeze of lemon juice
