SMOKE AND FIRE AVOCADO TOAST

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

METHOD

  1. Spread 1 tbsp Fix & Fogg Smoke and Fire and 1 Tbsp Fix & Fogg Everything Butter (optional) to edges of toast and slice in half diagonally
  2. Place 1 tbsp of sauerkraut evenly across toast
  3. Peel and slice 1/2 a small avocado. Fan out and place on top of toast. Slice avocado along the toast cut
  4. Sprinkle 1/2 tsp seeds across toast
  5. Add a small handful of microgreens on top of toast
  6. Finish with ground salt, pepper and a squeeze of lemon juice
