Sundried Tomato Almond Butter Dip

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • 1/2 cup Fix & Fogg Almond butter
  • 1 jar olive oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, drained, some oil reserved
  • Juice of 1-2 lemons
  • 1 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika 
  • 3 tbsp oil from the tomatoes
  • Generous pinch of salt

METHOD

  1. Place all of the ingredients into a food processor and blend until everything is combined, it’s okay for it to be a little chunky!
  2. Serve in a bowl topped with extra olive oil and dukkah, or store in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
