- Soak dates in boiling water for 5 minutes.
- Combine oats, salt, cinnamon, ginger and Fix & Fogg Almond Butter in a high-powered blender. Pulse until well combined.
- Drain the dates and add into the blender alongside molasses, water, and vanilla essence. Blend until well combined. The mixture will be sticky enough to pinch together with your hands. Roll the dough into small balls and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Once cooled, roll in melted chocolate and set in the fridge for an hour (or overnight).
- Sprinkle coconut sugar on top and enjoy!
