PEANUT BUTTER BAKED DONUTS

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Wet

Dry

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda

Topping

1/4 cup dark chocolate, melted

METHOD

  1. Pre-heat oven to 180C fan bake. Sift the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Mix wet ingredients in a separate bowl, whisking to combine. Add to the dry ingredients and mix well, until no clumps of flour are left.
  3. Pour into donut mould and bake for 15 minutes, then remove from the oven leave for 10 minutes before removing from the moulds to cool.
  4. For the topping, dip in melted chocolate and drizzle with Fix & Fogg Smooth Peanut Butter.
